Contact

Contact Polaris Network

One email address, no forms, and an honest account of what we can and cannot help with.

Email

Write to info@polarisnetwork.online. This is the only contact route for the site. There is no contact form here, and there is no form anywhere on this site, because the publisher has decided not to collect anything from readers. An email arrives with whatever you chose to put in it and nothing more.

Replies are sent during ordinary Central European business hours, which are several hours behind Australian Eastern time. Allow a few working days.

What we can help with

  • Corrections: a statement on a page that is wrong, unclear or out of date. Name the page and the sentence.
  • Questions about how this site is funded, or about the commercial arrangement described on the affiliate disclosure page.
  • Privacy requests: access to, or correction of, any personal information the publisher holds about you, as set out in the privacy policy.
  • Requests from rights holders about how a trademark or name is used on this site.

What we cannot help with

Product support. Polaris Network is not TotalAV, is not a reseller, and has no access to any vendor's systems, accounts, licences or billing. Subscription problems, refunds, licence keys and installation faults have to go to the vendor, through the support route inside the software or on the vendor's own website. We cannot cancel a subscription for you or look up an order.

Individual security advice. We cannot assess a device, diagnose a problem or tell you whether something on your computer is safe. If a device or account is affected, the Australian Cyber Security Centre publishes step-by-step guidance and takes incident reports.

Scam recovery. If money has been taken, contact your bank first, then report it to Scamwatch. We have no ability to trace or recover anything.

Privacy of what you send

An email you send is stored in the publisher's mailbox and is used to answer you. It is kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, it is not added to any list, and there is no list to add it to. Please do not send passwords, card numbers, licence keys or identity documents; nothing we can help with requires them. The full position is in the privacy policy, including how to raise a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied with how a request was handled.
